Terms and Conditions
The law states that a minor cannot enter into a contract. It is therefore unlawful for anyone under the age of 18 to enter into a contract with Miss Butterfly.
Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure that our customers are transacting with us in a safe and secure environment, Miss Butterfly does not accept any responsibility for any losses or damages incurred by a customer whose credit card has been used fraudulently or in an unauthorized manner.
If we have any reason to believe that a credit card is being used in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner we will not enter into that transaction. We will take all necessary steps to ensure that Miss Butterfly does not enter into any transactions with anyone who wishes to use a credit card in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner.
The SAW Trust T/A Miss Butterfly reserves all rights to all intellectual property owned by it.
Payment
No goods will be dispatched without full payment.
All Pricing on MissButterfly.com.au is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST of 10%. Prices are subject to change without notice but once an order is placed, your price will be honoured.
Miss Butterfly accepts payment via credit card, Paypal, cheque (personal or bank) or direct deposit. Goods will not be delivered until payment has been cleared.
Delivery
Delivery within Australia will be made via Australia Post eParcel delivery service. A signature will be required on delivery and if you are not home to receive your item, a card will be left in your letterbox and you can pick your parcel up from your nearest local Post Office. Although our parcel delivery service is both fast and efficient, we are happy to provide Express parcel delivery service. Please contact us to arrange. Postage and Packaging rates will vary depending on particular item. Please see Shipping for rates.
Please allow between 5 and 7 working days for delivery within Australia.
If you wish your goods to be delivered sooner please contact us to arrange for a courier service. There may be an additional charge for this service.
Lost in transit goods will be investigated via Australia Post or the courier service used to deliver those goods. Customers who have not received a parcel must contact us within 4 weeks of receiving a dispatch notice so we can readily access tracking information from Australia Post. Information about parcels sent after this time period is achieved and it will take time to investigate. Miss Butterfly is not liable for goods lost in transit.
Customers must ensure they provide the correct delivery address. Miss Butterfly will not be held responsible for the cost of lost parcels due to the supply of incorrect or insufficient addresses. Parcels sent to hospitals must include the name of the recipient, the ward number, department name, hospital name and full address.
Gift vouchers will be delivered free of charge.
For International Deliveries we use Australia Post Standard Air Mail or Airmail Courier Service. Please see shipping page for rates. Miss Butterfly does not accept responsibility for international deliveries lost in transit or for import duties requested at the time of delivery.
Out of stock items
If the product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed (excludes Saturday and Sunday). You will be given the opportunity to cancel the order or choose an alternative item. If the product is being ordered by Miss Butterfly you may place your order on back order. Goods on Back order will be dispatched as soon as they are received by Miss Butterfly.
Exchanges
Miss butterfly has every confidence in the products that we sell. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product as a result of the colour or size or you are simply not happy with your choice, please contact us within 7 days to arrange an exchange. Please return the goods to us unused and in original packaging with all tags intact. Please note that items returned with tags missing will not be eligible for a refund. The customer is responsible for postage charges incurred for the return of exchange items. Please note we are happy to provide full refunds or a credit for future purchases.
Return of Damaged Goods
If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement. We ask that you kindly return the goods with labels and packaging included. Miss Butterfly will replace faulty items on approval of fault. No shipping will be charged on replacement of faulty items. If, for any reason we no longer have the product in stock we will offer you an exchange or a refund. Please allow 14 days for refund to be processed.
Orders
Miss Butterfly offers secure online ordering using our user-friendly shopping cart system. When ordering online at MissButterfly.com.au payment can be made by credit card, Paypal, Cheque (personal or bank) or by direct deposit into the Miss Butterfly bank account.
Miss Butterfly uses Secure Sockets Layer which encrypts your personal information and password before they are transmitted via the web. This ensures that your personal information cannot be read by others or tampered with en route.
Please note that all payments made by cheque will be cleared before the dispatch of goods.
Overseas Delivery & GST Exemption
Any persons placing an order and receiving delivery and consuming products outside of the country is exempt from paying GST. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions declare that you are not in Australia at this time and I will not be making use of this supply in Australia.

Miss Butterfly is committed to supporting the 'National Privacy Principles for the Fair Handling of Personal Information' which set clear standards for the collection, access, storage and use of personal information which we obtain as part of our business operations.

If you wish to browse MissButterfly website, you are not required to enter any personal information, you will remain anonymous during your entire visit. To place an order with Miss Butterfly simply click on the add to cart and you will be forwarded to PayPal’s secure shopping cart.
Miss Butterfly takes measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure or alteration we store the contact details you wish us to keep by way of joining our membership to forward product releases. We also destroy or permanently de-identify personal information when you tell us that it is no longer required. The types of measures we take vary with the type of information, and how it is collected and stored.
How is personal information used?
The personal information you supply to us allows us to provide you with the service you request.
We may also use your personal information in other ways to provide you with superior service e.g. providing you with the information you requested us to send to you on registration. If you no longer wish to receive some or all of that information you can remove your name from our list by contacting our customer experience team at info@missbutterfly.com.au . Please allow 7 days for your request to be processed.
Please note that in order to operate the website or deliver a service we may sometimes share your personal information with a sub-contractor e.g. the party who delivers your order. Where this is necessary we obtain their undertaking to comply with the National Privacy Principles for the Fair Handling of Information. Except to the extent that we engage contractors as noted above to assist us to provide a better service to you, we do not provide your personal information or mailing lists containing your personal information to any other organisations for their marketing purposes.

Is Miss Butterfly online Secure?
Definitely. We do not see any of your credit card or any other payment details. We receive your address and notification that the transaction is approved. Anything else we receive is what you want us to receive.
